Key word descriptors must be placed after the abstract. Do not paginate or add headers and footers. All pages should be saved in “portrait” format; please do not use “landscape.“ Submit your article as one document. Headings are encouraged and must follow APA format. References should be formatted in APA style, with appropriate indents and italics. Each author’s contact information should be included at the end of the article, following the Reference page(s). This information should include the following: name, mailing address, phone, and e-mail. Italics should be used in lieu of underlining (i.e., in References, for titles of journals or books). Please refer to Table 2.1 in the APA Manual for “Guidelines for Unbiased Language.” Also consistent with APA style, authors must use person-first language for referring to individuals with potentially stigmatizing characteristics. Person-first language requires an author to name the individual first, followed by descriptive information (e.g., "person with bipolar disorder"). Some contributions are by invitation, while others are unsolicited submissions. All articles are peer-reviewed and edited. We would suggest that authors send an abstract or short summary of contents prior to submitting an entire article. We will respond regarding our interest in a full manuscript submission. Authors and researchers who wish to be considered for publication in The Journal of Paranormal Research must submit a signed assignment of rights form with their article. All articles should be submitted as an attached file to the following email address: tonyakeyser@journalofparanormalresearch.com
